From the President’s Pen…..

Happy Fall everyone!  It’s hard to believe it’s already November – time to start gearing up for those holiday and winter traditions.  Shortly, this nation will celebrate one of my favorite holidays – Thanksgiving Day.  A holiday intended to encourage people to stop and think about their blessings and to be thankful for them.  This is the perfect opportunity for me to let all of you know just how thankful and grateful I am for your continued support of Linden Hill and the PTA in particular.  It is because of involved parents and partners in education like you that Linden Hill is so strong – demonstrated by how successful our PTA membership drive and our Fundraiser was – thank you!

I am especially grateful for the wonderful administration and staff here at Linden Hill.  Every day that my son heads off to school I know that he will be treated with kindness and respect and that he will be safe and nurtured.  That is truly a blessing! As Thanksgiving approaches I hope each of you takes a moment to reflect on your blessings and I wish each and every one of you a very Happy Thanksgiving!
